Daily Responsibilities

  • Attendance & Class Monitoring
  • Record daily student attendance.
  • Record staff and teacher attendance.
  • Share attendance summary in Teams by 6:00 PM.
  • Call parents of absent students before end of day.
  • Class Scheduling & Communication
  • Prepare daily class schedule as per Raipur office instructions.
  • Share schedule with students and teachers on:
  • WhatsApp groups
  • Teams platform
  • Ensure smooth classroom execution.
  • Student & Parent Engagement
  • Make birthday calls to students.
  • Update parents with test/exam results (same day).
  • Maintain discipline and address student grievances.
  • Operational Management
  • Ensure gadgets, library, notes, I-cards, T-shirts, bags, and all office property are accounted for.
  • Check library register, study material register, and issue registers (with student signatures).
  • Cross-check cleanliness, electricity, water, and paper usage to avoid misuse/wastage.
  • Reporting
  • Post daily work updates on Teams before leaving office.
  • Update Raipur office on special instructions received/completed.

Weekly Responsibilities

  • Review and update extracurricular & academic activities calendar.
  • Coordinate with mentors to schedule and conduct PTMs.
  • Verify library and study material registers for accuracy.
  • Submit weekly discipline and grievance report (if any).

Monthly Responsibilities

  • Ensure all planned celebrations (per annual calendar) are conducted.
  • Submit consolidated attendance, results, and activity report to Raipur office.
  • Physical verification of all tangible property and update record.

As Needed

  • Conduct orientation or motivational sessions for students if directed.
  • Coordinate special academic/administrative tasks from Raipur office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Korba, Chhattisgarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
