Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, plan, and execute electrical works for high-rise residential projects as per approved drawings and standards.
  • Review and verify electrical layouts, load calculations, cable sizing, and equipment specifications.
  • Monitor, supervise, and guide site execution teams to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of work.
  • Coordinate with consultants, architects, and contractors to resolve technical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and statutory norms.
  • Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, panels, and equipment.
  • Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and assist in the procurement of electrical materials.
  • Maintain project documentation, including reports, drawings, approvals, and checklists.
  • Provide technical support to junior engineers and site staff.
  • Liaise with authorities for power supply, approvals, and inspections.
  • Works for construction sites as an electrician who ensures the electrical codes and safety

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems for residential/commercial buildings.
  • Hands-on experience in high-rise project execution.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
  • Good understanding of HT/LT systems, DG sets, transformers, switchgear, and safety systems.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
