We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for handling transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor. **Responsibilities:** - Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience - Scan items, process payments, and issue receipts accurately - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision - Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and goals - Assist with inventory management and stocking shelves when necessary - Follow all safety and security protocols **Requirements:** - High school diploma or equivalent - Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar role is preferred - Basic math and computer skills - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience with POS systems and cash register operation - Multilingual abilities are a plus **Physical Requirements:** - Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 10 kgs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
