Position: Superintendent (Senior Supervisor)
We are seeking a highly experienced shutdown professional to oversee operations, manage on-site teams, and ensure the safe and timely completion of shutdown projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise shutdown execution across multiple work fronts
- Coordinate workforce, materials, and tools to maintain project timelines
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
- Liaise with planning and engineering teams to align execution strategies
- Prepare and submit daily progress reports and handle problem resolution on-site

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 15 years of experience in shutdown projects
Prior experience with Tasnee, SABIC, MCSC, or BSTS is mandatory
Proven leadership skills in managing large teams in industrial environments
Strong knowledge of safety procedures and technical standards
Excellent communication and coordination skills
