Job Purpose: This job description outlines a role focused on Quality Control (QC) in a Greenfield project and ongoing operations, encompassing the oversight of construction and commissioning of quality control infrastructure, then transitioning to lab testing for water quality and utility parameters, also specialized testing for oils. To Plan, Execute and monitor overall Laboratory activity including testing , calibration , quality product allocation & dispatch activity from 3 production lines to achieve Customer delight and sustain preferred supplier status . Also maintain & monitor Lab QMS as per NABL standard and safety standard as per Global Safety standard.

Location: Naidupet, Andhra Pradesh

KRA -

  1. Testing of Water & Oils

  2. Lab work Equipment calibration and record

  3. Upkeep of Laboratory

  4. Safety: Implement Global Safety Standard and its procedure & legal compliance to create safe working condition.

  5. Training and Development: Participate in teams through various initiatives to raise competency level & Talent development
