Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Trainer / Instructor, located in Thane. The role involves designing and delivering effective training sessions on the use of the InstaLaxmi platform and associated technologies for clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities include assessing training needs, creating training materials, providing technical support during sessions, and ensuring clients are equipped to leverage digital platforms for their business. The role also involves monitoring user feedback and providing recommendations to enhance training methodologies and platform usability.

Qualifications

• Experience in training, presentation skills, and instructional design
• Knowledge of digital platforms and tools; proficiency in using technology-based systems and software
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address client concerns effectively
• Experience working in the jewelry or B2B sector is an added advantage
• Ability to adapt content to meet diverse learning needs and preferences
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Business Administration, or related field
