Job Summary:

The QA & Testing Senior Analyst - Test Data Management is responsible for designing and executing test data strategies that support efficient, secure, and compliant testing across multiple environments. This role plays a key part in enabling high-quality software delivery through effective data provisioning, mining, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with QA, development, and business teams to gather and analyse test data requirements.
  • Design and implement test data provisioning strategies including synthetic data generation, data masking, and sub setting.
  • Manage test data lifecycle across environments and ensure timely availability of data.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) through secure data handling practices.
  • Automate test data creation and refresh processes using appropriate tools and scripting.
  • Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide resolution support during test cycles.
  • Maintain documentation and promote best practices for TDM processes and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in QA and Test Data Management roles.
  • Knowledge of automation tools (Selenium, JMeter) to generate and manage test data efficiently.
  • Strong SQL and data mining skills across relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
  • Experience with TDM tools such as Genrocket, Redgate or Delphix.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps integration.
  • Understanding of data privacy and compliance standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, communication, and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: ISTQB Test Data Management, IAAP CPACC, or equivalent.
  • Tools & Technologies: Experience with Redgate, GenRocket, and other test data automation platforms.
  • Advanced Skills: Test data provisioning for complex systems, data mining for test coverage optimization.
  • Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
