Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Haridwar for an Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating training programs, and supporting faculty. The role involves organizing conventions, managing client relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and working closely with various departments to improve quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience in quality control, 5S, WCM, Lean, and Six Sigma
  • Skills in Safety, FMEA, Kaizen, HACCP, and ISO standards
  • Proficiency in GMP, GHP, GSP, and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to manage operations, coordinate training programs, and support faculty
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant bachelor's degree and experience in related fields
  • Experience in the sectors served by QCFI Haridwar Chapter is a plus
