Job Title: Online Keyboard Teacher (Permanent Work From Home)

About Us:

We are a dynamic and rapidly growing online academy based in New Delhi, India, offering creative arts and performing arts classes to students around the globe. Along with our renowned dance programs, we are now expanding into online keyboard piano classes for kids and are looking for passionate instructors to join our team.

Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Piano Instructors to conduct one-on-one online music classes for children aged 4 to 14 years. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in piano or electronic keyboard, experience in teaching beginners online, and the ability to make learning fun and engaging for kids.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct personalized one-on-one online keyboard classes for children.
  • Customize lessons based on student age, interest, and learning speed.
  • Create a joyful and encouraging virtual learning atmosphere.
  • Ensure students develop proper technique and understanding of music basics.
  • Track student progress and provide regular feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in piano/keyboard playing (Western music or Indian notations accepted).
  • Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably with kids.
  • Strong communication skills in English or Hindi.
  • Ability to teach music theory, finger placement, rhythm, and simple compositions.
  • Must have a laptop, high-speed internet, and audio setup for classes.
  • Prior experience teaching online is a plus.

Schedule:

  • Flexible working hours (weekdays and/or weekends).
  • Choose your availability: 4–5 hours per day (part-time or full-time roles available).
  • Classes are scheduled as per student preference and your availability.
