Job Title: ERP Executive

Department: IT / Operations

Reports To: IT Manager / Head of Operations

Location: Ahmedabad Bodakdev

Industry: Solar Battery Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

ERP System Management

  • Manage day-to-day ERP operations across all modules (Production, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Accounts, HR, etc.).
  • Coordinate with ERP vendors for customization, updates, and support.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of ERP modules and resolve user issues promptly.
  • Monitor ERP performance and optimize data workflows.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain master data accuracy — product codes, BOMs, vendors, customers, and pricing.
  • Generate and analyze MIS reports (production, sales, stock, etc.) for management review.
  • Validate data integrity and ensure consistency across modules.
  • Support management with real-time dashboards and analytical reports.

User Support & Training

  • Provide end-user training and guidance for ERP operations.
  • Conduct ERP awareness sessions for new employees.
  • Troubleshoot user issues and provide functional support.

Process Optimization

  • Identify process bottlenecks and suggest ERP-based automation solutions.
  • Work closely with production, logistics, and finance teams to digitize workflows.
  • Assist in integration of ERP with CRM, accounting, and other software tools.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain ERP documentation, including SOPs, access controls, and data backup policies.
  • Ensure data security and user access compliance.
  • Support in internal and external ERP audits.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (especially solar battery or electronics).
  • Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (SAP B1, Oracle NetSuite, Odoo, Tally Prime ERP, or similar).
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Power BI, and report generation.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Commerce.
  • Experience: 2–5 years of ERP administration experience, preferably in a manufacturing or solar energy sector.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of supply chain, production planning, and financial modules.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22, ₹25,000.00 per month
