Position: Nursing Officer

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive, high-quality nursing care to patients across diverse departments including ICU, NICU, OT, Surgical, ICCU, Oncology, Pediatrics, Gynecology, Obstetrics & Gynaecology (OBG), Neonatology, and Emergency.
  • Monitor and record patients' vital signs, promptly report any abnormalities, and assist in necessary interventions.
  • Collaborate effectively with doctors and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately as per prescribed protocols.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of nursing assessments, treatment procedures, and patient progress.
  • Participate actively in infection control, quality assurance, and patient safety initiatives.
  • Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding treatment and post-discharge care.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Qualification: B.Sc Nursing / GNM / ANM / Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: 0–5 years (freshers are welcome to apply).
  • Strong theoretical and practical knowledge in critical care, emergency medicine, cardiac, gastroenterology, or surgical nursing.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-handling skills.
  • A caring attitude and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and care.

Location: Jindal Hospital, Hisar (Haryana)
