General Description of Profile-

We are seeking dynamic, enthusiastic, and qualified individuals to teach Physics, Chemistry, or Biology at the Senior Secondary level. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, a passion for teaching, and the ability to inspire students. The role demands active participation in curriculum development, student assessment, and overall academic progress.

Activity list and Key Responsibilities :-

• Classroom Instruction:
• Teach Biology at the Senior Secondary (9th -12th) level as per the CBSE /NIOS curriculum.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet educational standards and student needs.
• Use innovative teaching methods, including digital tools and practical demonstrations, to make the subject matter interesting and accessible.
• Provide regular feedback and assessments to students to track academic progress.
• Student Engagement and Support:
• Foster an interactive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
• Prepare students for board exams and help them with exam strategies.
• Encourage student involvement in co-curricular activities related to science (science fairs, exhibitions, etc.).
• Curriculum Development and Implementation:
• Assist in designing and updating the science curriculum in alignment with the latest CBSE guidelines.
• Integrate interdisciplinary learning opportunities into the science curriculum.
• Classroom Management:
• Create a disciplined and respectful classroom environment.
• Maintain a positive relationship with students, ensuring that they feel motivated and comfortable.

Educational Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Biology, Zoology, Botany, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or Life Sciences.
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.

Experience-

• At least 5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level, preferably with CBSE curriculum.
• Strong understanding of the CBSE curriculum and educational best practices.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools for teaching.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
