Roll Summary

 Attend walk-in customers and understand their needs.

 Explain products, features, and offers to customers and close sales.

 Maintain adequate stock levels and ensure product display standards.

 Generate and maintain accurate daily sales and stock reports.

 Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business.

 Achieve individual and store sales targets consistently.

KRA: TASK / ACTIVITIES

 Customer engagement and product demonstration.

 Visual merchandising and inventory upkeep.

 Billing, sales entry, and reporting accuracy.

 Follow company SOPs for store operations.

 Support team during peak hours and events.

KPI: PERFORMANCE METRICS

  Monthly Sales Achievement vs Target (%).

 Conversion Ratio (Walk-in to Sales).

 Average Bill Value (ABV).

 Customer Retention & Feedback Score.

 Attendance and Punctuality Record.

REQUIRED SKILLS PREFERRED SKILLS

 Strong Sales Acumen

 Good Communication Skill

 Retail Knowledge of Branded Products

 Preferably from a background in luxury goods

or high-end retail

 Proficient in MS Office

 1-2 years of Experience

 Experience in luxury or high-end retail environment

 Knowledge of eyewear, watches,

or fashion accessories
