Position: HR Executive – Recruitment

Location: Ahmedabad (MDC Warehouse)

Department: Human Resources – Field Recruitment Team

Reporting To: HR Manager / Regional TA Head

Experience Required: 2–4 years (preferably in blue/white-collar hiring within logistics, Q-commerce, FMCG, or e-commerce)

About the Role :-

This is a field recruitment role based out of our MDC warehouse in Ahmedabad. You will be driving end-to-end hiring for mid-level white-collar roles across Gujarat. This role is fast-paced, demanding, and requires strong execution skills. If you thrive under pressure, can deliver closures within tight timelines, and enjoy being on the ground with operations teams, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities :-

Recruitment (White-Collar Hiring)

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles such as Operations Executives, Hub Leads, and Field Officers.
  • Deliver 15–20 closures per month with speed and accuracy.
  • Source candidates through Naukri, ER Jobs, LinkedIn, vendors, referrals, and local outreach.
  • Conduct screening, scheduling, and ensure smooth offer-to-joining process.

On-Ground Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with Operations leaders, Hub Managers, and Regional Heads to identify manpower needs.
  • Be available for urgent hiring requirements and mass hiring drives (on-call/on-site).
  • Build credibility with ground leadership by ensuring fast, quality closures.

Salary Negotiation & Offers

  • Conduct salary discussions within budget guidelines.
  • Roll out offers and manage documentation and pre-onboarding processes.

Onboarding & Joining Formalities

  • Coordinate joining formalities from the warehouse (documentation, ID verification, etc.).
  • Liaise with central HR teams for induction and system-related onboarding.

Vendor & Job Portal Management

  • Ensure cost-effective usage of job portals (Naukri, ER Jobs, etc.).
  • Build and maintain a strong vendor pipeline across Gujarat for local hiring needs.

What We Expect From You :-

  • Comfortable working from a warehouse setup, not a corporate office.
  • Willing to travel across Gujarat for recruitment drives (travel expenses as per policy).
  • Strong ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and ready to handle long working days during ramp-up seasons.

Qualifications :-

  • Graduate (MBA in HR preferred, not mandatory).
  • 2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Q-commerce, logistics, FMCG, or e-commerce.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Naukri, ER Jobs.
