Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team at Flybed Home. The role involves managing customer requirements post-sales, providing technical support to the sales team, and overseeing the design-to-installation process to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for our clients.


Coordinate with customers after sales for order specifications, finish selections, and customization.

Provide technical support and product knowledge to the sales team.

Conduct site visits for measurement and feasibility assessment.

Create detailed interior and modular furniture drawings and secure client approvals before production.

Verify and validate orders before initiating production.

Prepare manufacturing-ready drawings compatible with modular machine processing.

Conduct quality checks during and after installation as per predefined intervals.

Handle complete post-sales support, ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.


Qualifications

  • Space Planning and Interior Design skills
  • Architecture and Construction Drawings skills
  • Knowledge of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment)
  • Experience in interior design projects
  • Knowledge of Modular furnitures
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
  • Leadership skills and decision taking ability.
