JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title:MIS Executive

Overall Purpose of the Job

A management information system (MIS) is the backbone of an organization's operations. An MIS gathers data from multiple online systems, analyzes the information, and reports data to aid in management decision-making.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparing, Consolidating and Publishing various reports and dashboards
  • Ensuring accuracy and consistency of data being reported and published
  • Ad Hoc reporting as per needs
  • Good analytical skills for MIS, number crunching & reporting to internal & external customers
  • Quick Learner with a positive attitude, Punctual, reliable
  • Should be able to work under pressure and deliver quality output within a quick turn aroundEnsures effective and efficient utilization of resources and anticipates and flags shortages or risks
  • Monitor real-time queue and adherence reports to ensure service level and response time objectives are met during scheduled shifts; oversee real-time escalation plans
  • Ensure maximum utilization of existing technologies/call switch to support efficient traffic distribution and use of staff members client skill sets
  • Special projects as assigned.

  • To carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by the Concierge Manager and other management team members.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE

  • Minimum 2-3 years in MIS role Hands on experience.
  • Extensive experience in multi-tasking environment.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Superior time-management skills along with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office applications
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Excel tools - v lookup/h-lookup pivot table, Count IF, SUM IF, Conditional formatting, etc.
  • Ability to write and speak in English
