Responsibilities:

  • Lead Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Drive the hiring process for engineering roles in Bangalore, developing strategies to attract and retain exceptional talent in a competitive market.

  • Enhance Operational Efficiency: Implement and refine engineering processes and best practices to boost productivity, streamline workflows, and ensure teams have the tools and resources they need.
  • Collaborate Globally: Work closely with distributed teams, including Product, Engineering, and Operations, to align engineering efforts with company objectives and facilitate cross-team communication.
  • Report and Communicate: Provide regular updates to senior management on team performance, operational status, and key milestones, while adapting to global time zones as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience in a technical environment).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering management or operations, ideally within a software development setting.
  • Proven expertise in C#/.Net Core,MVC, SQL Server, MongoDB.
  • Proven expertise in software architecture and design patterns
  • Proven track record of hiring and managing engineering teams, with success in building high-performing, collaborative groups.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile) and experience implementing operational best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor, retain, and develop team members.
  • Experience and flexibility to work with distributed teams across diverse cultures and time zones.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for managing multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules, including potential coordination with global teams in regions like Europe and North America.
