Role Overview-

We're seeking passionate and talented Software Development Engineer Interns to join our engineering team. This is an opportunity to work on production-grade code, solve challenging technical problems, and gain hands-on experience with modern full-stack development in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities-

● Design, develop, and deploy scalable web and mobile applications using React, React Native, and ● Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and backend engineers

● Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions

● Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues

● Work with NoSQL databases to design and implement efficient data models

● Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle from ideation to deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications-

Technical Skills (Must Have)

● Frontend Development: Strong proficiency in React/React Native with TypeScript

● Styling: Experience with Tailwind CSS for responsive UI development

● Backend Development: Working knowledge of and server-side development

● Database: Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Firestore, DynamoDB, etc.)

● Version Control: Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows (branching, PRs, code reviews)

● Data Structures & Algorithms: Strong problem-solving skills and solid understanding of DSA concepts.

Soft Skills-

● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

● Excellent communication and teamwork skills

● Self-motivated with ability to work independently

● Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly

● Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Good to Have-

Technical Knowledge

● Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services

● Firebase: Experience with Firebase suite (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, etc.)

● Analytics: Knowledge of Big Query or similar data warehousing solutions

● Python: Basic to intermediate Python programming skills.

Experience

● Hackathons: Participation in coding competitions or hackathons (mention notable achievements)

● Prior Internships: Previous internship experience in software development roles

● Open Source: Contributions to open-source projects

● Personal Projects: Portfolio of side projects demonstrating technical skills.
