- Handling Recruitment End TO End Recruitment Cycle, Understanding Job Description, Sourcing Candidatures through Various Data Tools like search engines, JOB Portal Access, Online Advertising, referencing, Primary Telephonic Interviews, Convincing candidate for joining
- Screening Profiles, Explaining candidates job description, Career Canceling, selection, joining, taking care of documentation
- Organizing Recruitment Wilkin drives and Activity for gathering candidates.4. Coordination with Functional Managers.
