We are authorised and certified re-distributor stockist for Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL), located in Tirupur, Tamilnadu for past 2 decades.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson, located in Tiruppur. The Salesperson will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving sales, assisting customers in selecting products, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, ensuring the store is well-organized, and keeping up-to-date with current sales trends and promotions. Salesperson will have to collect orders from kirana stores, retail shops and wholesalers as well. Operating computer skills is required to import orders.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage relationships and anticipate customer needs
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Basic understanding of retail sales and marketing strategies
  • Basic banking knowledge
  • Microsoft excel skills
  • Proficiency in using point of sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills
  • Previous sales experience in a retail environment is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
