Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Hiring Location: PAN India

Experience Range:

  • Minimum 4+ years hands-on experience in development, configuration, and administration

Must Have Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development using Apex, Asynchronous Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and supporting JavaScript frameworks
  • Expertise in building and optimizing Salesforce Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen Flows, Auto-Launched)
  • Proficient in Lightning Record Pages, Dynamic Forms, and Lightning App Builder
  • Development experience with Apex Triggers, Lightning Components, Visualforce Pages
  • Salesforce administration including reports and dashboards creation
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Data Loader (import/export data)
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and deployment best practices
  • Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud; familiarity with Experience Cloud (Community) is a plus
  • Ability to write clean, reusable code and implement trigger frameworks
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with onsite/offshore teams and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Required Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer 1 and AppBuilder

Good to Have Skills:

  • Experience with Salesforce Platform Developer 2 Certification
  • Knowledge of Agentforce and Data Cloud
  • JavaScript developer skills
  • Consultant certifications (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud)
  • Experience with AI Associate, Data Cloud, Agentforce Specialist certifications
  • Exposure to Salesforce release cycles and new feature adoption

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows
  • Customize Salesforce using Lightning App Builder, Dynamic Forms, and Process Automation tools
  • Develop and maintain Apex triggers, batch jobs, scheduled jobs, and REST/SOAP APIs
  • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and development teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and custom UI components
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices
  • Support Salesforce integration with third-party and internal systems
  • Monitor and resolve production issues to ensure system stability and performance
  • Stay updated with Salesforce platform releases and industry best practices
  • Engage actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
  • Provide support during UAT, deployment, and post-deployment phases
