Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Trainee role based in Gummidipoondi. The Trainee will support daily manufacturing processes, assist in production planning and operations, and ensure quality standards are met. Responsibilities include learning the various production techniques, supporting the team with assignments, understanding safety protocols, and maintaining documentation as required. The role requires a commitment to company goals and an enthusiasm for professional development within the industry.

Qualifications

• A qualification of Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or related Engineering field is preferred
• Willingness to adapt and grow within a fast-paced industrial setting
• Experience - 0 to 3 Years
• Basic understanding or interest in manufacturing, foundry operations, and production processes
• Strong desire to learn about Grey Iron and Ductile Iron casting methods
• Analytical and problem-solving skills in a production environment
• Ability to follow safety regulations and implement quality standards
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
