Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Executive located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Purchasing Executive will be responsible for handling purchase orders, purchase requisitions, and overall purchase management. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with vendors and suppliers, managing procurement processes, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions. Effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders is critical for this role.

Qualifications

  • Experience in handling Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Management
  • Proficient in Procurement processes and practices
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site and off-site environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in the chemical or manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
