Andheri East, Mumbai Content Analyst Experience : 2 to 4 yrs Skills Required : Job Summary : Responsibilities Collaborate with designers, product marketers, sales professionals, and external influencer's and industry Generate relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience. Create 3-4 free resources each month to drive leads, subscribers, awareness, and/or other important metrics (examples include ebooks, whitepapers, case studies, info graphics, guides, templates, etc.). Write blogs on an ongoing basis to support and promote our offers and to attract site visitors and grow our subscriber base through search, social media, and email subscribers. Manage both on-page SEO and off-page SEO for the company & optimize content for search engines and lead generation. Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on click through rates, traffic, and conversions. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes with SEO and major search engines. Manage various email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content used. Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.). Measure results and optimize the leads, nurture workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers. Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email. Requirements Bachelors/Masters in Arts/Commerce/Science/Technology or equivalent working experience. 1-3 years of marketing and content creation experience. Exceptional writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of our business' various types of content. A passion and strong understanding of the industry and our mission. Proven experience in producing content for the web specifically, as well as channel-specific knowledge (blog, SlideShare, Facebook, Twitter, etc.). An analytical mind and interest in using data to optimize/scale blog marketing strategies and tactics. Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts. Thorough knowledge of search ranking and optimization factors and key algorithm updates. Excellent understanding of email marketing concepts and metrics such as Sender Score, deliverability, and sender reputation. Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through A/B testing and email optimization. Ability to make data-driven decisions to move the team and our content forward and hit company goals. Basic technical understanding of HTML, XHTML, CSS, Java, web publishing, Flash, etc. Proficiency in web analytics tools (Adobe Omniture, Google Analytics), social media marketing applications (HootSuite, Tweetdeck, etc.) and leading social media monitoring platforms (Radian6, etc.). A passion for new technology tools (aka, using the tools you preach about) and usage of those tools within your own blogs and social media outreach. Social DNA is a plus
