Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronic Hardware Design Engineer with expertise in designing high-performance embedded systems for automotive applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with SoC-based architectures, DDR memory interfaces, eMMC, SNOR interfaces, Ethernet, and automotive-grade communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, SPI, etc. The role requires proficiency in high-speed PCB design, Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) analysis, and compliance with automotive safety and quality standards..

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-performance embedded hardware platforms based on MCU/SoC architectures.
  • Work on LPDDR, eMMC, SNOR interfaces, Ethernet, and automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, SPI etc.).
  • High-speed interfaces: MIPI DSI/CSI, USB, PCIe
  • Worked on Telematics ECU design – LTE Modem, GNSS, eSIM, Antenna Matching RF Tuning, BLE/WiFi, RF Layout etc.
  • Working experience on IVI/Cluster Development – Displays, PMIC, Power Management etc.
  • Perform Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) analysis to ensure system robustness and reliability.
  • Design schematics using Altium Designer (or similar tools like Orcad) and conduct detailed layout reviews.
  • Schematic design, Component selection, BOM preparation
  • Design simulations, Calculations
  • Collaborate with PCB layout engineers to ensure high-speed and automotive-grade PCB designs (Differential pair routing, Impedance-controlled stack-up design, Design for manufacturability (DFM), assembly (DFA)
  • Good experience of working in power electronics, high speed interfaces and small signal designs.
  • String experience in meeting EMI/EMC compliance, AIS004, CSPR25 compliances
  • Conduct hardware validation, debugging, and bring-up testing for embedded hardware systems.
  • Worked under ASPICE Level 2 process for hardware development
  • Created DFMEA, DFM, DFA and validation plans aligned with V-model.
  • Contributed to HARA, safety goals, and technical safety concept for ECU.
  • Ensure compliance with automotive standards such as AEC-Q and ISO 26262.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (software, system, validation, manufacturing) to deliver high-quality products.
  • Generate and maintain design documentation, test reports, and compliance records.
  • Ensure adherence to IATF16949, ASPICE, and ISO standards during design and development.
  • Awareness of functional safety ISO26262

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹228, ₹1,291,846.86 per year
