Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Delhi NCR for a CRE - Car Service at CarVaidya. The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) in Car Service will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, coordinating with service providers, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves handling customer complaints, processing orders, providing information about the services, and maintaining customer records. Some work from home is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills.
- Sales and Finance knowledge.
- Analytical Skills for addressing customer issues effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and service providers.
- Good time-management skills.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Relevant experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
