Role Description

We are looking for a
Social Media / Reel Creator Intern
who is energetic, camera-friendly, and passionate about content creation, beauty trends, and online engagement. If you're a digital native who enjoys creating Reels and keeping up with the latest social media buzz, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

  • On-Camera Content Creation
    : Be comfortable in front of the camera to shoot engaging reels and short-form content around beauty, skincare, and lifestyle.
  • Basic Video Editing
    : Edit reels and clips using simple tools/apps like VN, InShot, CapCut, or similar.
  • Creative Campaign & Content Ideas
    : Brainstorm fresh social media campaign ideas aligned with beauty trends, festive occasions, and product launches.
  • Influencer Marketing Support
    : Assist in identifying and coordinating with influencers for collaborations and campaigns.
  • Daily Social Media Engagement
    : Interact with followers via comments, DMs, and stories to build brand love and loyalty.
  • Design Basics
    : Use Canva to create simple graphics, stories, and posts when required.
  • Reporting
    : Assist in tracking campaign performance and competitor activities.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Communications, or a related field (
    final year preferred
    ).
  • Comfortable being on camera and creating beauty/lifestyle content.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva and mobile video editing apps.
  • Passion for social media trends (especially Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
  • A creative mindset.
  • Highly active on social media with an understanding of audience engagement.
