We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Lead to spearhead our technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding client requirements, overseeing project planning, and ensuring successful execution within defined timelines and budgets. You will play a crucial role in shaping the technical roadmap, driving innovation, and ensuring seamless implementation of AI-driven solutions in ecommerce marketing and analytics.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead and manage a multifunctional tech team including BI developers, web scrapers, data engineers, AI/ML specialists, web developers, and UI/UX designers.


• Define and execute the technical roadmap for , focusing on BI dashboards, AI- based campaign automation, and data engineering.


• Ensure best practices in coding, full-stack development, data security, scalability, and DevOps processes.


• Develop and optimize AI-driven marketing automation solutions to enhance Amazon campaign performance (bidding, budget allocation, ad placement, etc.).


• Oversee data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, API integrations, and automation workflows to ensure seamless data processing.


• Work closely with data science and analytic steams to integrate AI models into marketing automation tools.


• Implement best practices for coding, data security, and system scalability.


• Research and integrate new AI/ML frameworks, automation tools, and predictive analytics into our platform.


• Mentor and upskill the tech team while driving innovation in ecommerce analytics and automation.

Required Skills s Qualifications Technical Skills:


• BI s Data Visualization: Strong experience with Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar tools.


• SQLs Databases: Expertise in SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Big Query.


• Full Stack Development: Strong proficiency in frontend (JavaScript, React) and backend (Python FastAPI, Flask, Django; ) frameworks, with experience in building scalable, production grade applications.


• Web Scrapings Data Engineering: Proficiency in Python-based web scraping (Scrapy, Beautiful Soup, Selenium) and ETL pipelines.


• AI s Automation: Hands-on experience with AI/ML models (TensorFlow, Py Torch, Scikit learn) and marketing automation frameworks.


• Backends API Development: Strong knowledge of Python (Fast API, Flask, Django), , or similar frameworks.


• Clouds DevOps: GCP: VM, Pub/Sub, App Engine, Cloud Run, Big Query, Dataflow, Cloud Functions. AWS: EC2, Lambda, SQS, RDS, S3, CloudWatch. DevOps Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI), Terraform/CloudFormation.


• Big Data Predictive Analytics: Exposure to AI-driven insights, forecasting, and automation tools.
• Data Processing Manipulation: Proficiency in Pandas for data manipulation.


• Databases: Experience with MongoDB, SQL Server, PostgreSQL.

Preferred Qualifications


• Tech/B. Tech/M.C. A degree in Computer Science or a related quantitative field with 7-8 years of relevant experience.


• Prior experience in ecommerce, ad tech, or AI-driven SaaS platforms.


• Hands-on experience in Amazon Ads automation, AI-powered marketing, or predictive analytics.


• Knowledge of NLP, reinforcement learning, or real-time bidding strategies is a plus.
