Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect located in Chennai. The Architect will be responsible for designing and developing architectural plans, coordinating project management tasks, and integrating functionality with aesthetics in design. Daily tasks will involve working closely with clients, assessing project requirements, creating sustainable and efficient designs, and ensuring successful project execution.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
  • Experience in Project Management and coordinating multiple stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Software Development and Integration as it pertains to architecture tools and processes
  • Proficient in using relevant architectural software and tools
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or a related field
  • Experience in sustainable and eco-friendly design methods is a plus
