Responsibilities:
  • Provide PCBA manufacturing equipment engineering support.
  • Lead project improvement on Lean manufacturing/OEE/Operation efficiency.
  • Setup Work Instruction, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, Preventive Maintenance, and Training related to SMT equipment operation.
  • Work with external suppliers and internal cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to equipment and manufacturing processes.
  • Continuous equipment and manufacturing operation process improvement.
  • Provide technical support to value stream team in order to achieve business and quality indices.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing engineering or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are accepted. Working experience in SMT Chip placement equipment or PCB assembly manufacturing would be an added advantage.
  • Well-versed with statistical tools, IoT, Industry 4.0.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Full-Time positions available.
