Experience: 3+ years UK IT Tech Recruitment

Are you confident in handling clients, contractors, and delivery end-to-end across the European market? We're looking for someone who can go beyond "Ctrl C / Ctrl V" and truly understand tech roles someone who brings credibility, clarity, and confidence to both clients and candidates.

What Youll Own:

  • Understand and break down client tech requirements not just copy-paste job specs
  • Communicate clearly with tech recruiters to ensure relevance and accuracy
  • Draft clear, professional emails to European contractors
  • Build trust and confidence with EU-based contractors and clients
  • Handle client follow-ups, delivery, and escalations independently
  • Work closely with sourcing teams to reduce mismatches and backouts

What You Bring:

  • Strong grasp of technical concepts & IT skillsets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proven experience working with European Union clients or contractors
  • Confident in managing delivery communication independently
  • Professional email etiquette and client-facing maturity
