Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Java Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in backend development with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and should be proficient in working with messaging queues, database technologies, and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend services.
  • Build RESTful APIs and Microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Implement messaging and event-driven systems using messaging queues like Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, or similar.
  • Work with relational and NoSQL databases; write optimized queries using JPA, Hibernate, and SQL.
  • Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or others).
  • Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, DevOps, and business teams to deliver high-quality products.
  • Follow best practices for coding, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and design discussions.
  • Continuously learn new technologies and bring innovative solutions to the team.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Strong programming skills in Java (8 or above)
  • Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring MVC, Spring Security
  • Experience in designing and developing Microservices architecture.
  • Proficient in JPA, Hibernate and writing complex database queries.
  • Experience in using messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, or similar).
  • Familiarity with any relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.) or NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.) database technologies.
  • Experience working with any cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP, or others).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools (Kubernetes) is a plus.
  • Familiar with version control systems like Git.
