Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a People Operations Manager based in Lucknow. The People Operations Manager will oversee daily HR functions including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, training, and development. The role involves policy implementation, fostering a positive company culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. Collaboration with various departments and providing guidance on HR policies will be a key part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations management
  • Skills in payroll management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws
  • Strong organizational, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Experience in training program development and employee development initiatives
  • Knowledge of HR software, tools for performance management, and HR data analytics
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Proven track record as an HR professional in a fast-paced or training/education-focused organization is an advantage
