Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant

  • We are urgently looking for Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultants with strong experience managing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud environments
  • The ideal candidate should have hands-on technical expertise across configuration, migration, and governance processes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience managing Oracle Fusion Cloud environments (Dev, Test, UAT, and Production)
  • Hands-on experience with configuration migration, version control, and deployment tools
  • Expertise in data masking techniques and tools with a solid understanding of Oracle Fusion data structures
  • Proficiency in SQL scripting and familiarity with automation through scripting languages
  • Basic understanding of Oracle Database Administration principles
  • Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience in creating governance dashboards and maintaining environment trackers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Familiarity with SharePoint or similar tools for documentation and governance tracking
  • Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks is an added advantage
  • Location - Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Chennai, Coimbatore, Dehradun, Hyderabad, Mangalore, Mumbai, Nagpur, Noida, Pune (Any of the mentioned locations)
