Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System) Technician role based in Perundurai. The ASRS Technician will maintain and troubleshoot automated storage systems, perform preventative maintenance activities, and ensure the smooth operation of warehouse and product handling technologies. Other responsibilities include identifying and resolving technical issues, monitoring system efficiency, and collaborating with the maintenance and operations teams to enhance functionality and minimize downtime. The role requires dedication to maintaining high safety standards within the facility.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in troubleshooting and maintaining automated systems, including hands-on experience with ASRS or similar technologies.
• Ability to perform mechanical and electrical repairs, identify faults, and undertake preventative maintenance tasks.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues quickly and effectively.
• Basic knowledge of automation technology, warehouse operations, and storage systems.
• Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• A diploma or degree in Engineering (Mechatronics) .
• Prior experience in automated systems or warehouse environments is an added advantage.
