Job Purpose:

To manage and record all incoming materials, ensure proper documentation of Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and support smooth warehouse and accounts operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and verify incoming goods against purchase orders.
  • Prepare and update Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) in system/records.
  • Coordinate with stores, purchase, and accounts teams for discrepancies.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices, challans, and GRNs.
  • Report shortages, damages, or mismatches immediately.
  • Support stock audits and inventory reconciliation.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate/Diploma (Commerce/Logistics preferred).
  • 1–3 years experience in warehouse, accounts, or store documentation.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy in record-keeping.

KPIs (Performance Indicators):

  • Accuracy of GRN entries.
  • Timely preparation of GRNs.
  • Proper documentation and filing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹180, ₹190,000.00 per year
