Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Chemist or Senior Chemist with 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in the chemical industry to join our team in Devbhumi Dwarka, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in chemical analysis, quality control, research, and development processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct chemical testing and analysis to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Perform routine and advanced laboratory experiments using various analytical techniques.
• Develop and optimize chemical formulations and processes.
• Monitor and control raw materials, intermediates, and finished product quality.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and prepare technical reports.
• Collaborate with production and R&D teams to troubleshoot and resolve chemical process issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations within the laboratory.
• Support scale-up activities and new product development initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in chemical research and technology.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors and Masters degree in Chemistry.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a chemical company or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of chemical analysis techniques such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, titration, etc.
• Familiarity with quality control procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
• Strong commitment to safety and laboratory best practices.

Preferred:

• Experience with industrial chemical processes and large-scale production.
