Roles and Responsibilities

1.The In- charge Cost Accounting reports to Head Management Accounting and is responsible for executing product pricing on time and providing MIS Reports with regard to Stock.

2.The In-charge Cost Accounting has to be a person who can effectively provide product pricing. The work requires the incumbent to be result oriented in terms of costing. The position holder should possess excellent collaborative & analytical skills and project data in such a way to facilitate others in decision making.

3.To provide MIS reports with regard to Stock to Plants

4.To ensure provisions are made for non – moving / slow items of inventory.

5.To provide Pricing for New and Existing Product

  1. Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and producing financial reports and statements.

  2. Working Knowledge and good understanding of GST/TDS/TCS.

  3. Budgeting and forecasting , Variance analysis, Monthly performance deck.

  4. Handling of Audit Queries and ensuring on timely completion of Internal Audit and Statutory Audits.

  5. Close operational/Month end activities and ensure correct financial reporting.

  6. Knowledge and working in the costing module.

  7. Ensure appropriate financial policies, procedures and internal controls are in place.

  8. Knowledge in Asset Accounting.

  9. Experience and handling in accounts payable related activities
