About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage the company's day-to-day financial activities and ensure compliance with all accounting and statutory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, journal entries, and general ledger management.

Prepare and maintain financial statements (balance sheet, profit & loss statement, cash flow).

Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.

Assist in tax preparation, filing, and ensuring compliance with local tax and regulatory laws.

Maintain accurate documentation for audits and financial reporting.

Coordinate with management on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing (if applicable).

Support external auditors with documentation and clarification.

Keep up to date with accounting regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

Minimum 12th Pass from Commerce.

Experience in accounting or bookkeeping.

Good knowledge of accounting standards and compliance requirements.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally or similar).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good communication and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in corporate accounting or working with SMEs/startups.

Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory filings or equivalent local tax compliance.

Familiarity with MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
