Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership:
  • Define SAP BTP roadmap and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage multiple BTP projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Solution Architecture & Governance:
  • Design scalable architectures using SAP BTP services (CAP, RAP, Fiori, UI5).
  • Implement governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
  • Integration & Connectivity:
  • Oversee SAP Integration Suite deployments for SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Ensure robust API management and event-driven architecture.
  • Team Management:
  • Lead and mentor consultants and developers, ensuring skill development and performance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Collaborate with business leaders to define requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Innovation & Optimization:
  • Drive adoption of new SAP BTP capabilities and optimize existing solutions.
Required Qualifications
  • 8–12+ years of experience in SAP BTP and related technologies.
  • Strong expertise in CAP, RAP, SAP UI5/Fiori, and SAP Integration Suite.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale SAP projects and teams.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
Preferred Skills
  • SAP BTP certification.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA extensions and side-by-side development.
  • Familiarity with hyperscaler integration (AWS, Azure, GCP).
