About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Luxury Sales Associate to join our team. The role involves delivering exceptional client servicing while driving sales for our luxury brand. You will be the face of the brand, ensuring a premium experience for every client.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage clients with a warm and professional approach.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Assist clients with product knowledge, styling advice, and personalized service.
- Ensure the showroom/store is well-maintained and reflects brand standards.
- Handle billing, client queries, and after-sales service efficiently.
- Stay updated with the latest product collections and brand stories.
Requirements
- Graduation mandatory (any discipline).
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for luxury brands, fashion, or lifestyle industry.
- Sales-oriented with the ability to achieve targets.
- Professional grooming, etiquette, and a client-first attitude.
