Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, well-organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will handle front desk operations, manage phone calls, greet visitors, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, professional attitude.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, etc.).
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, or conference room bookings.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as required.
- Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning.
- Assist in coordinating office supplies and inventory.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and support staff.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
- High school diploma
Preferred Skills:
- Customer service orientation.
- Basic knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment (printers, scanners).
