We're looking for a hands-on, creative, and multi-talented Videographer with 3 years of experience to team up with our Creative Producer. Bring bold ideas to life in shooting, editing, and producing engaging video content. The ideal candidate thrives on visual storytelling and has a strong grasp of the latest video trends across digital platforms.

This is where you come in :

Support Creative Producer in each step, you'll be involved in every step of the process - A to Z:

• Collaborate on concepts and translate ideas into compelling visuals
• Handle shot division and assist with storyboarding and pre-production planning
• Collaborate with creative teams to brainstorm video concepts and align with brand messaging.
• Operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment for in-studio and on-location shoots
• Join the filming process, from setup to wrap.
• Work on a mix of formats: branded content, short-form videos, social content, BTS, interviews, product shoots, and more.
• Organize and manage footage, assets, and deliverables for seamless post-production
• Edit footage into polished videos that align with our creative vision and client goals
• Support the Creative Producer with anything needed to bring productions to life

Qualifications we are looking for:

• 4+ yrs of experience in video/film production,  along with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study
• Previous experience in agency, ad film production and UGC/Performance and social video shoot experience.
• A visual storyteller with a strong eye for composition, light, and details
• Exceptional knowledge of lighting equipment.
• Proficient in working with Sony fx and Canon, can operate gimbal.
• Proficient in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, etc.)
• Up to date on social media trends, especially video-first platforms like Instagram and YouTube shorts.
• Skilled with shot division, storyboarding, and turning rough ideas into visual plans
• Great at managing your time and juggling multiple projects
• Collaborative, communicative, and reliable
• Able to troubleshoot on the fly and stay cool under pressure
• Ability to plan and manage production schedules, equipment, crew, and budgets
• Comfortable conducting on-set direction and working with talent, clients, and crew
• Strong time management and ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
• Knowledge of file management, backups, and post-production workflows

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Your own gear (camera)
• Worked on set or in fast-paced content production environments
• Photography or design skills
