Role Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in Performance Marketing and Client Management to join our team in Kochi. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will manage and optimize paid campaigns, build strong client relationships, and ensure smooth project delivery.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)

Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics, preparing reports, and driving ROI

Handling client communication and relationship management, ensuring projects are aligned with client objectives

Leading strategy discussions with clients and internal teams to deliver impactful campaigns

Enhancing SEO/SEM strategies and leveraging web analytics tools for performance tracking

Collaborating with designers, copywriters, and account managers to deliver quality results

Staying updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and AI-driven ad optimization

Qualifications

2+ years of proven experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing

Prior experience in Client Management / Account Management

Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms

Proficiency in Web Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.)

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

Agency experience will be a strong advantage
