Responsibilities- Oversee and manage day-to-day mine operations in compliance with safety regulations and company policies. - Develop and implement strategies to optimize mining activities and improve productivity.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely project delivery.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and address operational inefficiencies.
- Monitor and control operational costs while maintaining high quality standards.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term operational plans and goals.
- Implement technological advancements to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.
- Ensure environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives are integrated into mining operations.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders on operational performance and key metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
- Valid certification in Mine Management or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Coal Mining industry.
