About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting overall financial operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and vendor payments.
  • Oversee payroll processing and statutory compliance (TDS, GST, PF, etc.).
  • Monitor cash flow, budgets, and expenses.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and tax regulations.
  • Provide financial insights and reports to management for decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's degree or CA/ICWA/CPA preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
