Role Overview: As an Engineer - Solution Sales MRO in Surat, India, your role will involve assisting Processing Industry, Food, Pharma customers in optimizing their thermal processes, reducing maintenance issues, and cutting down on fuel costs by recommending Armstrong's product & service solutions. Your primary goal will be to ensure 100% On Time Performance and Zero defects within your assigned geographical clientele. You will report to the Respective Regional Manager / Area Manager. Key Responsibilities: - Meet the annual sales targets by offering tailored solutions to the defined customer base through a direct sales model. - Conduct a comprehensive analysis of customers" Steam & Condensate networks and relevant processes to propose sustainable Armstrong solutions while adhering to Armstrong Quality standards. Qualification Required: - Strong understanding of Steam Engineering. - Confident and persuasive communicator. - Value building interpersonal relationships. - Prefer a value-based selling approach over a low bidder-based method. - Keen interest in Fluid Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Heat & Mass Transfer. Additional Details: The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification with 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field.
