Position: Lab Technician / Senior Lab Technician

Location: Hyderabad

Department(s): Hematology, Microbiology, Serology, Immunology, Histopathology, Cytogenetics, and Accession

Job Description:

We are seeking skilled and dedicated Lab Technicians and Senior Lab Technicians to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in handling diagnostic laboratory procedures, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring accuracy in test reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests in the assigned department.
  • Ensure proper sample collection, labeling, processing, and documentation.
  • Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to NABL quality guidelines.
  • Assist in quality control, inventory management, and report preparation.
  • Coordinate with pathologists, senior staff, and other departments for smooth operations.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Education: MLT / DMLT / B.Sc. (MLT) / M.Sc
  • Experience:
  • Lab Technician Minimum 13 years of experience
  • Senior Lab Technician – Minimum 4–8 years of experience
  • Prior experience in any of the mentioned departments preferred.
