Title: IAM Developer (Saviynt / OIM / SailPoint)

Location: India (Permanent Remote)

Salary: As per experience

Note: Candidates must have strong hands-on experience in Java development. Applications from candidates without Java skills will not be considered.

Required Skills:

  • Strong background in Identity Management, Governance, and Access Control.
  • Proficient in Java development with hands-on experience in object-oriented design, debugging, and performance tuning.
  • Design and develop IAM solutions, including authentication, authorization, and access management frameworks.
  • Strong experience in developing custom connectors, approval workflows, event handlers, and scheduled tasks using Java within IAM platforms (Saviynt, OIM, and SailPoint).
  • Hands-on experience integrating connected and disconnected applications.
  • Proficiency with common connectors including Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, JDBC, Exchange, Web Service connectors, and authoritative source integrations (e.g., ServiceNow, Workday).
  • Experience working with XML, JSON, REST, and SOAP-based integrations.
  • In-depth understanding of SAML, OIDC, SCIM, RBAC, and modern identity protocols.
  • Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance in all Java-based IAM components.
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration details, and test plans.

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
