Infinite Technologies is a UAE-based ISO-certified trading and engineering company with global sourcing hubs in UAE, China, and India. We work with leading Oil and Gas, infrastructure, and industrial clients, supplying high-quality engineering materials and technology solutions.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our Cochin office, supporting our UAE and Indian operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle UAE VAT filings (quarterly) and ensure compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations.
  • Manage Indian GST filings, input credit reconciliation, and ensure timely submissions.
  • Generate invoices for both UAE and Indian operations in line with tax requirements and company standards.
  • Maintain and update accounting trackers, including invoice registers, VAT/GST trackers, and receivable/payable records.
  • Coordinate with UAE office teams to ensure smooth financial reporting and documentation flow.
  • Support in preparing financial data for internal audits, tax assessments, and compliance reviews.
  • Assist in reconciliations, vendor payments, and other accounting-related administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of accounting experience, with proven exposure to both UAE VAT and Indian GST systems.
  • Strong knowledge of tax regulations in both UAE and India.
  • Proficiency in Zoho Books, Excel, and familiarity with accounting/ERP tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities across geographies.
  • Good communication skills (English required).

Compensation

  • Monthly salary in the range of ₹20,000 – ₹25,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
